Lapis Lily does not accept change of mind returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons.
If an item received is faulty, please contact us at email@example.com for a refund or exchange.
Our policy lasts 30 days from the day of receiving your parcel. If more than 30 days has surpassed, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
There is often a processing time of 5-7 days after we have lodged your refund, before the refund will enter your bank account.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you believe your refund is late.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
