Option 1 - Symmetrical with the pearl and leaf on both sides, or

Option 2 - Asymmetrical with the pearl on one side and the leaf on the other!

Option 1 - Height: 3.5cm, Width: 1.5cm (excluding hoop)
Option 2 - Height: 2.5cm, Width: 1.5cm (excluding hoop)
