US Shipping Suspended

We are suspending shipping to the US 💔

We’ve got some disappointing news to share, and we want to be open about why.

The US government recently removed something called the de minimis exemption. This rule used to allow small, low-value packages (under $800) to be shipped into the US without extra import duties or complicated customs processes. We're based in Australia, so we relied on this exemption.

Without that exemption, every single package we send to the US (no matter how small) now faces high tariffs. Unfortunately, these changes make it too costly for us to keep shipping to our US customers right now.

As such, we will be suspending shipping to the US as of Wednesday 13 August 2025.

We’re so sad about this, because our US customers have been such a wonderful part of our community. If things change in the future, we’ll happily open orders back up.
